Questions:
How many guests can comfortably be
seated and entertained in the reception area?
The Stillwater KC Hall can seat up
to 200 guests.
What items are included in the
basic room rental?
Your rental time is from 4:00 to
Midnight.
We include the set-up of all tables and chairs in the rental price.
The use of the kitchen is also included. (Use of the dishes and
dishwasher are an additional charge)
The clean-up of the hall is also included in the rental fee.
(We do not allow any items to be left at the hall after the rental is
over. Please make arrangements to transport any items you wish to keep
after your event.)
What about additional service fees?
We charge an additional $235 fee for our Bar Service. This includes the
wages for two bartenders, the set-up and clean-up of the bar area, and the
wages for the Event Coordinator that will be on-site while you decorate.
Use of the kitchen dishes and dishwasher require an additional kitchen charge
of $40
Security may be needed and will be added to the rental cost as needed.
Do you have In-House Catering?
Our catering is provided by Joseph's Family Restaurant. Joseph's has
many years of experience catering weddings and other events in the Stillwater area.
They will gladly work through all the details with you over the phone or in
person.
What restrictions are there?
You may begin decorating at 10:00 am on the morning of your event.
Nothing can be hung from the ceilings.
Nothing can be taped to the painted portions of the walls.
No outside beverages are allowed to be brought into the hall except for
punch.
No drinking in the parking lot.
What types of bar services are offered, and what is the cost?
We provide a full bar on-site. Our Bartenders are ready to help
your guests enjoy their evening.
We offer many hosting options, from a full Open Bar to a night with a
partially paid tab. We stock all the popular drinks and mixers.
Our beer selection includes domestic and import beers as well as wine
coolers, flavored beers, wine, and soda.
Does the facility have the proper licenses and insurance?
The Stillwater KC Hall carries all the required licenses and Insurance.
Please ask the Hall Manager for details.
What about security?
Security may be required for your event. The Hall Manager will discuss
this with you during your booking.
Is there ample parking, and what will it cost?
There is ample FREE parking on-site. The KC Hall's main entrance is
street level so there are no steps for you or your guests to navigate.
The Stillwater KC Hall is a SMOKE FREE
facility, We provide a fenced in patio for your guests to smoke within.
