Rental Information:
Saturday rentals are $465 for the Main Hall
from 4 - Midnight.
(All events must end at midnight)
A deposit of $235 is required to reserve
your date. The Hall Manager will contact you as to when the balance of
the rent and fees will be due. Payment is Cash or Check only!
NO Credit Cards are accepted for Hall
Rentals.
All catering must be arranged through our
In-House caterer. Please check out our catering page for more details.
The rental fee includes set-up of all tables and chairs before your event.
It also includes use of the kitchen and patio.
(Use of the dishes and the dishwasher require an additional $40 charge.)
We provide a full bar on-site. Our Bartenders are ready to help your
guests enjoy their evening.
We offer many hosting options, from a full Open Bar to a night with a
partially paid tab.
An additional $235 bar fee will be added if you request a bar for your
event.
(The bar fee includes 2 bartenders, set-up and clean-up of the bar, and an
Event Coordinator who will be on-site as you decorate the hall.)
Security may be required for your event. The Hall Manager will discuss
this with you during your booking.
There is ample FREE parking on-site. The KC Hall's main entrance is
street level so there are no steps for you or your guests to navigate.
